The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. Finding food is also very convenient as there is a mall right downstairs with plenty of dining options.
The check-in and check-out procedures were inconsistent. We were given different information, but were later required to do something else. We were only told to contact them and provide the necessary information after we had already arrived at the lobby, even though all of this could have been arranged in advance. The instructions provided at the time of booking were also different.
The security guards also seemed to take the safety issue too lightly. The proper route to enter Lobby C requires vehicles to go around the building, but many vehicles were allowed to enter from the opposite direction, despite a clear “No Entry” sign at that route (please refer to the attached photo).
There were no security guards stationed in this area to monitor or control the traffic. Vehicles were freely entering through the wrong direction, which could potentially cause an accident and poses a serious safety risk to the public.
