Precisa de reforma, após a mudança de local não tenho palavras para descrever

Localização maravilhosa, próxima à academia ao posto e a alguns mercados

Falta de limpeza, falta de reformas e a internet nao estava das melhores Os talheres não estavam limpos, os forros da cama todos cheios de pó embaixo da cama cheio de cabelos A privada solta fazendo com que o banheiro ficasse com cheiro forte de xixi, o box muito sujo

Anfitrião não aceita ligação e demora a responder as msg.

Apartamento amplo.

Não há portaria e/ou porteiro. O anfitrião não nos recebeu e demorava muito pra responder msg. Pra entrar e pra sair necessita de um link pra liberação da porta. Ficamos no estacionamento qse 1h e o anfitrião não nos respondeu e não atende o telefone. Sorte de uma moça nos ajudar com o contato da síndica que conseguiu abrir o portão do estacionamento.

Poderia ser melhor.

A localização é ok, a pressão de água dos chuveiros é ótima. Como utilizávamos o local somente para dormir, foi uma acomodação aceitável. Mas seria muito desconfortável se tivéssemos que passar o dia por lá, cozinhar e etc.

A limpeza do local deixou muito a desejar, as cobertas deixadas para uso eram muito finas, várias tomadas soltas e sem funcionamento. Antes de entrar, eu chequei novamente os comentários e perguntei se as tomadas e o vaso haviam sido arrumados me confirmaram que sim, porém um dos aps permanecia com o vaso solto e o outro com várias tomadas soltas e sem funcionamento. Além disso, o sistema de acessos ao prédio ser somente no celular não é algo muito prático, pois conseguíamos acessar o link somente por um único celular. E não tinha nenhuma tag disponível para uso, ou seja, se a bateria do celular acabar, vc não acessa o prédio. O lugar tem potencial, porém é descuidado.
