Große helle Wohnung mit Potenzial nach oben

Super Lage zum Strand. Großes Bad. Große helle Wohnung.

Keine Abstellmolöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Das Bett hat nur 140m in der Breite und der Lattenrost fällt ständig aus seiner Halterung. Die hellen Sofas sind leider schon sehr dreckig. Der Fliesenspiegel aus Glas ist gerissen. Einige Außenrollos sind defekt und schließen nicht. Die LED Lampen flackern im Wohnzimmer sowie in der Küche Scheinbar nicht verlegtes Lamminat liegt hinter einem der beiden Sofa!? Die Terasse könnte mal ein, zwei Reparaturen vertragen. Ausstattung der Küche etwas dürftig (kein großes Schneidemesser, nur 4 Gläser)

Super Lage zum Strand. Großes Bad. Große helle Wohnung.

Keine Abstellmolöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Das Bett hat nur 140m in der Breite und der Lattenrost fällt ständig aus seiner Halterung. Die hellen Sofas sind leider schon sehr dreckig. Der Fliesenspiegel aus Glas ist gerissen. Einige Außenrollos sind defekt und schließen nicht. Die LED Lampen flackern im Wohnzimmer sowie in der Küche Scheinbar nicht verlegtes Lamminat liegt hinter einem der beiden Sofa!? Die Terasse könnte mal ein, zwei Reparaturen vertragen. Ausstattung der Küche etwas dürftig (kein großes Schneidemesser, nur 4 Gläser)
