Everything was fine. Communicative host, very responsive. Clear information. Location excellent. 3 min walking to Tre Ponti without crossing streets. The terrace had fabulous see view. Garage excellent.

la vista mare è incantevole, dal balcone ampio si può godere di uno spettacolo meraviglioso di giorno e quasi fatato di sera quando le luci di Sanremo colorano l'orizzonte.
Per l'appartamento poi ho molto apprezzato la presenza di un box chiuso, adatto a macchine di medie dimensioni e molto comodo oltre che utile.

In der Nähe des Meeres, mit schönem Ausblick vom Balkon und einer relativ gut ausgestatteten Küche,die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war jedoch gut und unkompliziert.
Die gesamte Wohnung wirkt leider etwas abgenutzt, und die Betten sind ziemlich unbequem. Auch das Badezimmer befindet sich in einem eher schlechten und deutlich renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.
Die Vorhänge und der Sofabezug könnten ebenfalls eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert leider nicht einwandfrei, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.
Für diesen Preis haben wir natürlich keinen großen Luxus erwartet, aber insgesamt ist der Eindruck leider enttäuschend. 😔
