The place is clean. Lots of small extras in the kitchen, like spices, oils, kitchen foil, basically everything you need for cooking. Other guests mentioned dogs barking at night, I did see and hear them, but not at night. During my stay dogs stayed quite during night time (although early in morning a rooster wakes you up, someone keeps chicken near buy).
Internet fast enough. Bed was comfy and I did received a complimentary gifts from the host upon arrival. Thanks for that.
The location is not really great, this place is located in the residential area and although there is a shopping mall near, but you're kind of far away from the main tourist attraction places. One day I had a hiking trip booked, was supposed to go to the meeting point in the city and struggled to find Uber or Bolt operating from this area in the morning. Although I mentioned lots of things in the kitchen, but it was missing sugar, I guess host missed it has ran out. Could have used more of toilet paper as well.
Also, upon arrival I did ask the representative of the host if I can get an invoice for my stay. She refused me, saying they themselves get an invoice days after I leave and that I should get an invoice from the Booking.com platform. So no invoices. I needed it to claim expenses from the airline company, because my flight was diverted and had to spend a night at the airport.

Очень красивая новая квартира. Невероятная чистота! Наш менеджер была Lígia, очень добрая, позитивная, отзывчивая. При въезде были подарки (не буду спойлерить, но очень приятно).
Большая рекомендация!
Ночью гавкают собаки, но нам было не критично, мы спим в берушах.

The apartment is new, cosy and well equiped, it is next to the shopping center and 10 minutes away from the center of Funchal. The host was very kind to wait for us when we arrived late at night and she showed us around the apartment.

Apartament ma naprawdę wszystko, czego potrzeba. Obok centrum handlowe z wieloma sklepami. Dostępne miejsce parkingowe. Polecam.
Wszystko ok. Jedynie brakowało mi dodatkowego kontaktu przy łóżku :-)
