Lebensgefahr für Kinder wegen Starkstrom und Loser Treppengeländer und extrem schmutzig, nichts war sauber

Die Alpaka sind immer in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr dreckig übergeben. Wurde nicht vorher geputzt. Sondern erst durch uns. Es besteht Lebensgefahr gerade für Kinder. Aus Durchlauferhitzer hängen Kabel raus. Jedes Kind kann ihn öffnen weil er sich nicht richtig schließen lässt. Es geht hier um Starkstrom, der übel enden kann. Die Geländer an der Treppe links wie recht sind lose die Dübel kommen aus der Wand. Unsere Tochter ist deswegen 8 Stufen gefallen. Anti Rutschaufkleber auf der Treppe sind so alt das sie keine Funktion mehr haben! Extreme Sturz Gefahr. Reinigungsfrau will während des Urlaub immer wieder in die Wohnung zum Fenster innen putzen. (Kann sie machen wenn keiner die Wohnung gemietet hat) Ansonsten steht in der Wohnung auch nur Möbel zusammen gemixt und 3 Jahrzehnte alt. Die Heizungsanlage ist noch aus dem ehemaligen Land. Ja der Preis war günstig aber der Zustand ist nicht akzeptabel. Selbst Töpfe konnten nicht benutzt werden weil sie so dreckig waren. Siehe Bilder
