This is a bright, comfortable and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment. The town-centre location is perfect for cafes, restaurants and the beach. There’s a bit of a view and plenty of windows to open for ventilation. Decent kitchen with Tassimo machine, a large fridge-freezer and thoughtful welcome pack with cleaning necessities.
Really appreciated the secure, off-street parking.
Be aware that the stairs to the bedrooms are like a gangway on a boat, with a short step length and steep, ladder-like inclination. There’s also a child safety gate at the top; necessary, but a fiddle to operate. And being 2nd floor, all bags and shopping have to be lugged up four short flights of stairs (no lift) It helps to be fit to stay here.
The upstairs shower cubicle and toilet are squeezed into a very compact space and I suspect every guest bumps their head once,
on the beam above the toilet!
For some reason the central heating (which was not in use) constantly made bubbling noises.
We got used to it after a few days.
Also you need to be tech-savvy to deal with the arrangements for accessing the keys,
operating the gate and finding the correct apartment. It’s done via a series of videos on an app, via a text link. Some visitors may be overwhelmed by these instructions.

Très bel emplacement proche des commerces et des plages .. logement conforme à l'annonce qui mérite quand même qq petites rénovations (attention au chauffe eau socle très instable prêt à tomber, abattant des wc instable, le grand pommeau de la douche d'un haut ne fonctionne pas .. escalier très raide surtout avec de jeunes enfants etc .. )d'autre part nous avons eu très chaud malgré que ce ne soit plus la canicule un seul ventilateur mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé une belle semaine
A noter un livret d'accueil très réussi et un service de conciergerie aimable et performant (tv en panne ..)

Super Appartement très bien exposé et super emplacement bord de mer.. accès direct à la plage. Endroit super calme.
Pas de climatisation, mais pas été gêné car bonne ventilation en ouvrant la nuit avec l'avant et l'arrière de l'appartement.
