Es gibt eine Spülmaschine da braucht es für 3 Personen etwas mehr Geschirr.
Vorhänge würde die Wohnung etwas wohnlicher machen

Für Stadtbesucher sehr günstig gelegen. Parkplatz muss kostenpflichtig ( günstig) gesucht werden.
Sehr saubere Wohnung in erster Etage. Es sollte keine Gehbehinderung vorliegen.
Moderne Ausstattung.
Ältere Menschen, die nicht mit moderner Technik vertraut sind,haben Mühe, in der Dunkelheit ( unbeleuchteter Bereich vor der Haustür) den Türöffner zu finden.
Der Lichtschalter fürs Treppenhauslicht ist weit von der Haustür entfernt.
Fernsehgerät war sehr kompliziert zu bedienen, Anleitung nicht auffindbar.
Im Badezimmer und Toilette waren keine Handtuchhaken.
