We had a one night stay in order to catch the early ferry. The cabin was fantastic and a perfect location for ferry. Rowena was a fabulous host and had the cabin prepared beautifully with everything you’d need for an overnight stay. It was so good we’ve already booked again for our next French road trip in 2027!

The lodge is a little gem of a find ideal for a couple and minutes away from the ferry port at Newhaven,Rowena is a great host providing fresh milk in the fridge and cold drinking bottled water,ideal for the late arrival ferries as you pass a mc Donald's and theres a key safe for entry ,parking is good but only for those in cars not with caravans ,a fantastic start to my visit of the uk and will definitely use again and stay longer to explore the surrounding area

It was a lovely cabin the facilities to make a drink, also a toaster and microwave. It very close to a large supermarket and the Newhaven ferry port . We were only there overnight ( catching a ferry in the morning) Everything was perfect for us.
