Avoid this property - too much hassle and not relaxing

The view of the Eiffel Tower is great, but does not outweigh negatives.

Difficult to locate entrance. Spent over an hour trying to contact host prior to check in. The host phone number on listing does not work, so had to try through Booking.com with no luck. Eventually they turned up with the keys. No towels or toilet paper within property, host stated he was going to buy some and leave them outside the front door along with other supplies. We returned later that evening to not find them, so contacted again, and host dropped off within 20 minutes. They dropped off brand new towels, bedding, a dozen different cleaning products, and one chocolate bar (?). They did not however drop off any toilet paper or tea/coffee supplies which they stated they would do. 6AM next morning - just after my partner had washed her hair - the power cut out. This also meant no working toilet since the toilet requires power to function. No contact at all from host throughout the day - they messaged at 9:50pm after we had gone to bed. From messages can see they attempted to switch power back on twice, which explains why the power briefly came on twice for 5-10 seconds after 10pm before switching off again. Power issues not resolved and no further contact from host on our second morning so we checked out early and stayed elsewhere.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS — ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE Apartment Terrace – Eiffel Tour Vue | October 2–5 This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We arrived for our reservation and discovered that the apartment had NO ELECTRICITY and NO WORKING TOILETS. Let that sink in: we were given accommodation where we could not even turn on the lights or use the toilet. This was not a small maintenance issue, an inconvenience, or something we could reasonably tolerate for a few nights. The apartment was not fit to stay in. We immediately contacted the property owner. The owner knew exactly what was wrong and told us they would contact Booking.com and arrange our refund. We trusted that assurance. Big mistake. The owner then stopped responding. We were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation because we literally could not stay in the apartment we had paid for. We had to make arrangements elsewhere, completely disrupting our trip and leaving us out of pocket. And then Booking.com made an already horrific situation even worse. We contacted Booking.com customer service repeatedly. We were hung up on multiple times. Imagine paying for accommodation that has no electricity and no functioning toilets, urgently asking the booking platform for help, and having their customer service representatives simply disconnect the call. And after all of that? BOOKING.COM DENIED OUR REFUND. Absolutely unbelievable. We did not cancel because we changed our minds. We did not simply decide we didn't like the apartment. WE COULD NOT STAY THERE. There was no electricity and there were no working toilets. We were forced to find somewhere else because the accommodation was unusable. The owner promised to deal with the refund and then disappeared. Booking.com was repeatedly contacted and failed to provide a meaningful solution, while we were left paying for accommodation we couldn't even occupy. This is completely unacceptable customer service.

A very good experience!

A spacious and comfortable apartment. I really enjoyed relaxing in the terrace with the exceptional Eiffel Tower views. Very convenient location but not too busy.

A Parisian dream location, with comfort and amazing balcony view t

The location was superb! So close to amazing restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower. Inside was very tidy and well decorated. We LOVED the balcony to sit and have a glass of wine.

Only small issues. The bed being on the floor was strange. And the WiFi stopped working on the last day of our stay.

A spacious and comfortable apartment. I really enjoyed relaxing in the terrace with the exceptional Eiffel Tower views. Very convenient location but not too busy.
