The staff were very courteous and good. The room and the toilets very clean. The room had all the amenities.
I had booked room for 3 adults. First i was shown to a room which had a supposed to be double bed (the bed was around 4 x 6) and a single bed. When i took up the matter, they shifted me to a room with 3 single beds. This room was very congested without moving space at all.

The residency do not have cafeteria and it creates discomfort to the guests. The hotel has enough space for operating restaurant but strangely the management avoids. Since the hotel is adjacent to famous temple it can attract guests throughout the year if restaurant attached . In spite of the lacuna, still I prefer to stay in this regency because of its neat and cleanliness.
The hotel has located in decent locality and offers very good accommodation. I would prefer to give "Excellent" if canteen is attached.

The Guy at the counter was very helpful.
The rooms were big enough.
The price was Bang for buck.
The Manager aneesh was super unfriendly , when asked by Phone if changing bed sheets was possible, since the one provided had stains on it. We were asked to cancel the booking and book ourselves into a five Star Hotel.
This was after He allowed us to Change rooms to one whose toilet did not have fungus on walls due to moisture.
The Guy at the counter Had to call the Manager for every Change and ask permission.
To top all that there was No toilet paper.
I wouldnt recommend it to european guests.
PS: At least some problems would have been due to the fact that it was a day before Onam, and there was only one Guy responsible for everything at the accomodation.
