Struttura fantastica e rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. La posizione è ideale, comodissima per spostarsi e con tutto a portata di mano. La camera era impeccabile: spaziosa, molto pulita, ben illuminata e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il punto forte è sicuramente il terrazzo, un angolo davvero rilassante perfetto per staccare la spina a fine giornata. Un ringraziamento anche all'host per la calorosa accoglienza e la disponibilità

Alles was aanwezig in de keuken, fijn groot balkon met ochtendzon, groot (breed) tweepersoonsbed, rustige wijk recht boven supermarkt. En tegenover zit de oude, heel mooie gezellige oude wijk van Nice!
Meteen bij verlaten appartementencomplex een bushalte (vervoer van en naar vliegveld voor €1,70/rit).
Hebben de hele week niks gehoord van andere bewoners. Binnen en buiten niet, heerlijk stil en het was hoogseizoen (juli 2025)
20-25 wandelen naar boulevard/zee. Dat was best een stuk. Kunt bus of tram pakken natuurlijk.
Er is een park (begint tegenover appartement) waar je doorheen kunt lopen richting boulevard.

Un grand merci à la personne qui a fait tout pour m'arranger pour que je récupère les clés facilement. La terasse est sympa.
La climatisation ne marchait pas optimalement et l'appartement récupère beaucoup, beaucoup de chaleur

Everything was great! Location, the building, street and connection with other parts of the city. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. Big recommendation for this place! :)
