Disappointed. Untidy room and stressful.

Best location. Near at everything.

During our recent stay, the property changed our reserved family room the day before arrival without any notice. Instead, we were given two separate rooms—each with just two small beds—which could not accommodate our family of six. We had to put an uncovered spare mattress on the floor and use it for two nights. Unfortunately, the replacement rooms were in very poor condition: • Both rooms smelled musty and looked visibly unclean. • I had to vacuum and wipe down surfaces myself, only to find the vacuum cleaner was already full of trash. • Towels had an unpleasant odor, and the mattresses appeared stained. • The refrigerator’s backside was filled with debris, and drawers still contained items from previous guests. • The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the hot-water system did not work. • Several amenities listed at the time of booking were missing; They told us the room we booked were “already occupied,” even though they were shown as available when we reserved. We have to cross the room from time to time, and it’s difficult for us because we have a kid. I hope we were not disturbing the tenants while we were crossing the hallway. I chose not to complaint during our vacation to avoid additional stress, but this experience was deeply disappointing. I hope they will address these cleanliness and communication issues so that future guests do not encounter the same problems.

It was comfortable and convenient for our purpose in coming to Bacolod.

Collecting the keys was easy and convenient. Great location.
