La disponilbilita del titolare .
Ci sono un po'di scale.Per chi non potesse camminare potrebbe essere un problema. Probabilmente pero il propietario vi aiuterebbe con le valigie. Solo se avete difficolta con le scale dovreste scegliere un altro alloggio.Per il resto tutto ok. Super.

The owner waited for us when we arrived to give us the keys and explain how everything works. The apartment is very big, clean , the kitchen has all the things you need.
The products for a little breakfast left by the owner in the kitchen were a very nice touch.
We were only just passing through Varese on our way from Maggiore Lake to Como, but thanks to the brochures in the room ve visited a very beautiful park - Toeplitz.
I definetly recommend the accomodation
The stairs that go to the apartment are a little bit norrow, but you can manage.
