The pool facilities are nice but there are many units so it is never empty. It is a family friendly condo building so expect children. There is an excellent washer / dryer on the balcony. The towels are big and fluffy. It is in a good location close to the beach and between to malls. Very walkable and there is an excellent scooter rental across the street at the bottle shop. Great food at the restaurant next door and great massage just down the road towards bluport mall.
There is no housekeeping during your stay, I was not aware of this prior to booking. The unit is close to the elevators but noise was never an issue. It’s hard to cross the road towards the beach at times but there is a crosswalk near the hospital. It is a big complex with many people staying there. I would not stay in La casita again and would prefer the other side of the road.

The apartment was fantastic and the couch (presume new as different to photos) was amazing. Great location between two large shopping malls and the baht bus runs along the front
No access to the poor other than at the main large area. It would have been great to be able to access from the side area. Also disappointed that a pool towel was not provided and that smoking was not allowed on the balxony

是個很棒的新社區，屋主很有品味內部裝潢與設備都很好（竟然有洗脫烘的洗衣機）。交通還算方便，過馬路就有7-11，走路10分鐘內可以到market village 商場吃飯與逛街。門口有條車可以搭。
沙發布很會黏灰塵，而且旁邊縫隙塞衛生紙？上面會有白屑屑，感覺容易引發過敏。

We have stayed at La Casita before but this room was bigger with a sliding glass door to Separate the bedroom from the living room. The unit was exceptional with. Nice 60 inch Samsung TV. The unit also had two separate air conditioners one for the bedroom and one for the living room. The unit is also equipped with a brand new Toshiba washer/dryer.
