The property was very conveniently located, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and easy access to the underground.
Check-in and check-out were very easy, thanks to the lockbox with the key.
Overall, we had no major complaints about the property. There are a few things that could be improved, though. When the shower is being used in the first-floor bathroom, there is no water available in the second-floor bathroom shower, so only one shower can be used at a time. The master bathroom also lacks a convenient place to store toiletries. Adding a small stand or shelf would make the bathroom much more functional.
The kitchen could also be better equipped. Some of the pots and pans were damaged, and there were not enough cooking utensils, such as spatulas. The kitchen area could also benefit from better organization. Additionally, the bathrooms did not have hand soap, so we had to purchase some ourselves.

Lage, Zimmeraufteilung, Möblierung
- Dusche im 1. OG defekt, Wasserschaden an der Decke, Feuchtigkeit am Boden mit Schimmelbildung - Dusche damit nicht benutzbar
- Wasserschaden führt dazu, dass Stromnetz instabil: FI Schutzschalter
- nur im obersten Geschoss Klimaanlage, in den anderen Schlafzimmern nur mobile Klimageräte, die sehr laut sind und nur bei offenem Fenster funktionieren
- keine Duschstange im 2. Bad
- Duschbrause läuft, wann immer ein anderer Wasserhahn geöffnet wird
- keine zeitnahe Reaktion auf Anfragen beim Vermieter, eine KI gibt unbrauchbare Antworten
