Nous avons séjourné quatre jours dans cette location. La télévision faisait partie des équipements annoncés et était présente lors de notre arrivée, mais elle ne fonctionnait pas.
Nous avons immédiatement contacté le propriétaire. Le service de conciergerie a ensuite pris le relais, les propriétaires étant, selon leurs dires, en congé. Sur un séjour de seulement quatre jours, nous avons finalement été privés de télévision pendant environ deux jours, soit près de la moitié du séjour.
Un geste commercial nous avait initialement été proposé sous la forme d’une soirée supplémentaire. Lors du remplacement de la télévision, nous avons toutefois rencontré de nouvelles difficultés avec la conciergerie. Nous devions être présents pour permettre l’accès au logement, ce qui nous semblait parfaitement normal puisque nous avions avec nous des effets personnels, des espèces et des documents. Un rendez-vous avait donc été fixé vers 18h30. La personne chargée de venir déposer la télévision est arrivée avec un retard important, sans excuses ni même véritable bonjour.
Nous lui avons simplement fait part de notre mécontentement concernant cette situation. Nous n’avons été ni insultants ni irrespectueux. Nous avons pourtant appris par la suite que cet échange avait été remonté à sa responsable — qui est également sa mère — et que, suite à cela, le geste commercial qui nous avait été accordé nous avait finalement été retiré.
Nous avons également été surpris d’entendre que, puisque nous étions « en vacances », nous n’avions pas réellement besoin de télévision. Nous partions effectivement en randonnée la journée, mais cela ne justifie en rien de minimiser l’absence d’un équipement annoncé dans la location. Lorsque l’on loue un logement avec certains équipements, on est en droit de s’attendre à pouvoir en profiter.
Au final, aucune réduction de prix ni autre compensation ne nous a été proposée, malgré les désagréments rencontrés.
