Если вы едете с другого города, не вариант.
Забронировала через букинг для сестрёнки. Она должна была поехать в Кокшетау на сессию на два дня. Девочка у нас домашняя, и безопасность для нас на первом месте. Я нашла для неё квартиру заранее на двое суток. Созвонилась с хозяйкой, по телефону, та показалась адекватной, договорились вроде обо всём. Скинула номер своей сестрёнке. Они созвонились и она почему-то попросила предоплату за первые сутки, хотя это противоречит объявлению в букинге, ну ок.
Приехала сестрёнка. Заселилась, при заселении у неё сразу попросили оплату за вторые сутки. Сестрёнка говорит, чуть позже скину. Через несколько часов сестрёнка скидывает оплату за вторые сутки и задаёт вопрос, если вдруг что-то поменяется и она закончит все свои дела за один день, возможен ли вариант, возврата денег за вторые сутки? Просто вопрос.
И тут начинается нервотрёпка. Хозяйка начинает трезвонить сестрёнке без конца,та не берёт, понятное дело, на учёбе, тел.без звука.
В этот момент появились другие клиенты. Казалось бы да, тебе оплатили за двое суток, какие могут быть вопросы, скажи, что квартира занята.
Но, хозяйка оказалась из категории людей и рыбку съесть и не обляпаться.
В итоге, сестрёнка в истерике, до неё дозвонились и давят, вы выселяетесь или нет?! У меня клиенты!
Приехала на квартиру выселиться, а там два мужика её поджидают, ну следующие арендаторы. Хояйка так и не появилась, сказала им передать ключ.
Одна, в чужом городе, какие-то мужики посторонние, по темну осталась на улице! И поехала на вокзал. Ещё будет ждать поезд и ехать домой. Хотели чтобы всё было максимально комфортно и безопасно. Всё заранее продумали. Но получилось вот так негативно и с нервами. Я в одном городе, родители в другом. Все переживаем, созваниваемся.
В погоне за деньгами надо оставаться человеком, а не идти по головам! Вот такой негативный опыт у нас получился.
