Nadstandardně zařízená a vybavená nová nemovitost s dvěma kompletními pohodlnými byty. Venkovní posezení s grilem a připraveným dřevem. Klidné místo v Desné vhodné jako základna k výletům - ať už autem, pěšky, na kole, autobusem nebo vlakem (obě stanice velmí blízko, jednoduché spojení do Kořenova, Harrachova, Jizerky, Sklarske Poreby v Polsku, atd.).

Tanvald a Desná jsou průmyslové obce. Nicméně nemovitost je na hezkém klidném místě a všechny výlety do kopců nabízejí krásné pohledy na krajinu i architekturu.
