House full of visually overwhelming bits and pieces. We loved it. It must be a nightmare to keep clean - it was super clean. Lots of useful goodies, lots of appliances. Well done!!!

The only very slightly limitting factor was one bathroom for 2 couples. We managed just fine.

It's a former WA builder farmhouse converted to a comfortable stay it's fairly good inside but not remarkable outside. The inside very good and all spaces are utilised tastefully with a rabbit theme throughout the rooms

Location is on a quiet road but near a caravan park , outside the grounds are messy with a pergola/gazebo project still in progress, the hot water appears to be run on gas and it isn't enough for a hot bath which they claim can be used so if you arrive with a family there won't be enough hot water for you all, even if just using the shower.
