The location for this unit is excellent, close to transportation, dining, and attractions. Lots of restaurants are close by, bakery and coffee shops. Convenience store is also very close, everything within a 5 minute walk. Everything we needed for our stay was in the unit, enough for 6 people and the host provided all the required instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions.
Just know that only 1 room has AC, the other two rooms only have a fan each. There is an AC in the living room, the floors are heated and the whole bathroom floor get soaked when you take a bath as the floor is not leveled. But the water drains quickly.
The unit is on a hill which could be challenging if you have trouble walking and also if you bring lots of luggage. We travelled light with a back pack and a carry on each person, and it was ok. just keep that in mind.

La posizione dell'appartamento, molto comoda per visitare il Palazzo Reale anche a piedi. I mezzi pubblici erano tutti molti vicini, sia metro che varie fermate di bus.
La casa aveva tre camere da letto e tuto ciò che serve per un soggiorno comodo e senza pensieri. L'host è molto reattivo, e aggiungo molto gentile e veramente disponibile. Se dovessi tornare di nuovo a Seul soggiornerei di nuovo qui.

Helpful host, very clean, everything you would need was there- an iron, drinking water, pepsi, ice cream, a lot of towels, shower shoes, wet wipes. Perfect :)
The shower was not the most comfortable, but its mainly because we are not used to korean showers :)

到着した日からトイレは詰まって流れない
次の日から雨が続いて窓のサッシから雨漏りがして雨がやんでも次の日くらいまではポタポタと雨漏りしてました
