The location was great. It was exactly as promised. The apartment had everything we needed and safe parking for our car. Very easy to get to Balito and other Zimbali properties. The host showed us how to register for access and was very attentive.

La ubicación es muy buena y el estudio es bonito con gimnasio y piscina excelentes junto a la cafetería, pero le falta una limpieza a fondo.
No hay mesa ni sillas para comer en la habitación. La lavadora dejó de funcionar con nuestra ropa dentro.
La anfitriona fue muy atenta pero la chica de la limpieza que envió para intentar arreglar el problema fue muy maleducada. Se reía de nosotros en su idioma con otra chica, nos culpaba y solo quería irse de allí sin hacer nada. Incapaz de aportar soluciones y con una actitud lamentable.
Perdimos toda la tarde intentando lavar la ropa esperando a que solucionara el problema la chica de la limpieza, pues teniamos un vuelo al día siguiente. Una tarde entera de nuestras vacaciones desperdiciada.
Elegimos este alojamiento para poder lavar la ropa después de más de una semana de safari. Finalmente, la mañana siguiente conseguimos tener la ropa limpia y seca utilizando la lavadora de un apartamento junto al nuestro.
