The room was nice and spacious. It was very comfortable. I like bright rooms and this one was bright. But no worries because it has dark curtains so it becomes a dark room at night. The bathroom was spacious. Strong water pressure and hot water in the shower. They provide two bottled water everyday. The location is excellent. Just right next to the cathedral and right in front of the Tourism Office. Breakfast was really nice, includes some Chinese dishes such as the fried rice and it's delicious.
It's above what I would normally budget for when it comes to accommodation. But accommodation in Samoa is generally expensive anyway.

Best breakfast in all our time in Samoa. Eggs 2 ways, hash browns, pancakes, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, they had the lot!
Great location for last minute shopping and eating out.

The hotel was very convenient for walking into town. The main entrance, lobby and hallways were kept spotless (not the rooms). They were very friendly and only too happy to help with anything at all. The shower was hot and very good. They provided 2 bottles of water every day. They have a good, stand-alone air conditioner. There is a small fridge, a kettle, a safe and iron and ironing board in the room, luggage rack, TV, Wifi and we had 2 arm chairs.
The breakfast was always cold. It was kept in warmers but they were either turned off or not working. Good variety of food, eg bacon or sausages, eggs, hash browns and asian food, but basically the same every single morning. They only provide auto machine coffee which was always luke warm. They do not supply tea bags. The dining is in a different building.
Only provided 2 towels, one hand towel, a bath mat but no face cloths. The bathroom sink only has cold water as they said there were no hot water pipes to it. There is no hair drier or extraction fan and the bathroom window was jammed. There were no wine glasses in the room and only one ordinary glass. Theres no milk provided on arrival and no teaspoon. The room floor was never washed and our bare feet were black underneath. They did clean once asked. The cleaning fluid they use for mopping has an overpowering smell which was not pleasant. There is no lift as advertised. There is only 2 rooms that actually have a tiny corner view of the ocean so the advertising is not correct.
