Will never return. Very bad experience

Nothing

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the location provided on Booking.com was incorrect, so we couldn't find the resort. We had to call the resort and wait for them to send us the correct location. When we finally arrived, both gates were closed. We had to wait again for a staff member to arrive and open the gate. The first staff member did not seem welcoming, made unfriendly facial expressions, and did not greet us with a smile. We then had to wait for another staff member to handle our check-in because the first person appeared unfamiliar with the booking process. It was a frustrating waste of time. After completing the booking process, we went to our car to collect our luggage. At that moment, a staff member named Agus took a photo of our family without asking for our permission or explaining why. If there was an issue with our booking, he should have communicated with us instead of taking our photo without our consent. There was a misunderstanding regarding our booking, and we were informed that we needed to pay an additional RM165 for our children. We accepted this and were willing to pay because we understood the policy. However, our mood was completely ruined by the unauthorized photo. We became concerned about our privacy and no longer felt comfortable staying at the resort. We requested that the photo be deleted, but we are still worried that copies may have been kept. We also requested a free cancellation due to the circumstances, but the resort refused. When we explained our reasons over the phone, the call was ended abruptly and rudely. Although we considered staying, we no longer felt safe. One of the staff members kept staring at us from the moment we arrived, and combined with the unauthorized photo, it made us feel uncomfortable and concerned for our privacy. We decided to pack our belongings back into the car and leave without staying.

A nice short gateway!

Very peaceful place to relax and not think about work. The sound of river flowing and very peaceful environment. Also, the worker really put soo much effort during our stay here eventho there's only 2 of us at the resort.

I wish the curtain in our room could be longer or maybe put on tinted window or something because people could really see us form outside.
