お手頃価格。
地下鉄駅から徒歩10分くらい。
部屋は清潔だし椅子や机も整ってて快適！
海に近いけど大きな道路が渡れなくて少し歩かないと海側には行けない。
Wi-Fiが不安定。
全体的に写真よりはボロい感じ。

Super friendly and helpful staff

Immediate location sucks but 10 mins walk from nice spots
All rooms are on the same floor, isolation and not so good so if you're close to a noisy client, you'll suffer.
For me, kids were playing super loud, late night and early morning, in the corridor (running, shouting) and neither the staff nor the parents did anything about it.
No storage space in the room
