Außerdem kein AC, keine Heizung (obwohl Ende Oktober schon kalt),

The location and the big room size.
They didn't provide the dental / shaving kit. A dental kit is a very basic thing and they didn't give the room sleeper when I asked them, they denied it.
Also , i have to ask them for water bottles as they didn't give it.
The hotel needs to work on room cleanliness a bit . It looked like an old room. The amount of money they are charging but the room lacks light, colour and vibrant colours. The room looks dull , boring and old
There is no lift. You have to always take the stairs

The facilities are not good there- No toiletries provided, no welcome room tea, coffee services provided. The room is not even clean ( full of dust )
