I would say it's good value for money - two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and bathroom, spacious patio. You can wash your clothes for 60 baht on site.
The villa is located on the passageway of the Jan-in Garden Village so there is a lot of traffic beneath your windows both at day and night. Also the villas are located close to each other, and sound carries easily; it can get noisy in the evening.

It's a nice, clean not too big villa. Good taste and quality equipment. Massive TV. Big comfy patio.
Environment is mediocre due to lack of privacy from the neighboring buildings, especially the opposite multi story one which can also be bit noisy.
There will be no real service - everything is handled via WhatsApp messages. No free room cleaning.

Terrace, size of the house, quiet equipped kitchen
No ventilation in restroom, house is too close to other houses, around not that green as needed. Staff is not responsive, no coffee machine, no air conditioner, far from the beach
