1. The unit was clean

3. The TV was smart TV and easy to navigate
4. The WiFi was a little bit fast. But sometimes slow
5. The washroom was clean and has complete toiletries

7. Side table near the bed was perfect for charging your mobile while sleeping. .
8. I love the interior Design of the room
1. The AC was useless it's very hot. I couldn't sleep properly. I rent the unit to be relaxed and enjoy my vacation but then I suffer a lot from the AC. It's not getting cold and it was very noisy. I suggest that change the AC into a Split type rather than a window type. So the room would be cold.
2. Provide a cooking stove or at least microwave.
3. Remove excess mirror from the room as the mirror was a portal for the spirits. In short I experienced some paranormal activities during my stay and bad dreams during my sleep. That's why I managed to sleep while continues prayer was played in youtube loudly. So place the mirror not facing on the bed.
4. Replace your door lock into a digital lock.

Location is very convenient to transportation such as trains, jeepneys, grab as it is along the main road of Parañaque. Guards and the receptionist of the condominium are helpful and polite.
No provision for cooking as there is no stove even an electric one.
