I had a very pleasant stay at Serena Elegance Hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional throughout my visit, which made the overall experience very comfortable and welcoming.
The hotel’s location is another major advantage, with easy access to various important places and facilities, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The cleanliness and housekeeping standards were also very good, with the hotel maintained in a neat and hygienic condition.

Staff Behavior.
They did not give me the same room which I booked( 2 single bed and 1 double bed room), they said that someone is already there.It was 10pm at night. They accommodate me in a smaller room( 1 single bed and 1 double bed room) and charged extra from me.
It was a bad bad experience
