The apartment itself is really nice; the location, the size, and just the view alone would make us come back. The Pool on the rooftop for sunsets just puts the cherry on top.
Sadly, the management of the apartment leaves quite some room for improvement. The arrival instructions were incomplete, and even upon asking (about the parking gate), I was just pointed to the instructions, which did not have the info. The Wi-Fi instructions just had the password, but not the wifi name, and it was a generic one; we found 5 other very similar-sounding ones.
We found broken chairs and broken parts in the apartment. One Bathroom was really smelly and had ants in it. We couldn't open the window as the windowsill was extremely dirty with pigeon droppings.
Essentials for a week's stay were missing as well; there were no extra trash bags, no extra bags for the toilet paper, no dishwasher tabs, no laundry detergent. There was a small roll of kitchen paper, but no dish towel. The frying pan was quite dirty and needed a proper scrub.
A drying Rack for drying your swimsuits after a beach day or pool visit would've also been good.
Coffee was provided, which is really nice, but in a form you can't buy in anywhere; when I asked for more capsules, no one ever came.

במגירות היו מתאמים לחשמל.

Exceptional view from the 10th floor, modern furnishing, spacious balcony, cozy apartment and everything in it suits well for a perfect visit to Larnaca. I would definitely recommend the property and the host who thought about everything one might need for a stay. Felt so pleased to having chosen this apartment. Truly luxurious! And the location is rather perfect to reach three beaches of Larnaca. One cannot forget the pool on the top of the building - a cherry on a cake!
