What a great location for a first trip to Malta! We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and the bus station and ferry ports are well within walking distance. The apartment building is very nice and clean. The apartment was clean and really comfortable. The bathroom was big and water was hot quickly. The rooftop pool was wonderful and allowed great views of the harbor and sunsets. The balcony gives great views of all the fun on Theatre Street. The washing machine was handy and the dryer on the lower floor allowed us to leave with clean things! We had an issue with the door lock (batteries) and it was immediately fixed! We always got a quick response to any communication we sent to the host.
If noise is an issue, I’d ask for a higher floor than 1. We weren’t planning to sleep late, so it was fine for us. There is street noise from the restaurants at night and church bells and delivery vehicles in the morning. But if you want to stay in such a great location…noise is worth it.
