The location is excellent, nearby to everything you might want or need, food court, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and laundry on the outskirts of Georgetown it’s doable walk to downtown Georgetown or a quick and cheap ‘Grab’ ride if it’s too hot.
TV has Netflix other streaming services.
Aircon is very efficient.
Fridge is a fair size for a hotel fridge.
Bed was comfortable
Toilet/Wet room was clean and Shower was powerful.
On booking I asked if there was a safe in the room and was told that there was, however on arrival there wasn’t ( miscommunication)
However the manager Ali informed the owner George who went and bought one and had it installed it in our room. ( we were seriously impressed )
The staff at this hotel are brilliant, Mr Ali the manager, was really friendly and helpful with every aspect of our stay, we can’t praise him highly enough, the owner George even gave us a lift when we couldn’t get a grab to a dinner date !
Rooms are a bit strangely configured, the tv in our room was on the opposite wall but on the other side of the room to the bed meaning you couldn’t see it if you were lying on the bed.
The bed was placed against a wall meaning one person had nowhere to place a glass of water or to place phone / glasses etc.

No room cleaning services.
Drinking water bottle refill, get it yourself from the reception.
Bathroom and toilet too compact and very near.
Bathroom floor covered with plastic material, blunt and hurts the feet.
Booked and paid as advertised for a King size bed, upon check-in it was queen size, check with reception, thier physical catalog shows only queen size beds available. Marketing materials can be deceiving and misleading.
