Great location, quiet area, clean and tidy apartment, easy access with all the necessities. Great communication from the owners. Good off street parking with easy access to apartment. Only 5 minute easy drive into town. Loved the sachet of washing powder, so I could do an unplanned quick load.

The whole place was lacking the homely atmosphere compared with our other stays around Tasmania. It didn’t have the

The only negative was the concrete stairs to the upper level. My wife has mobility issues. Had we known we could have requested a ground floor unit or looked elsewhere, This aside the apartment was very comfortable and suited our needs.

The property is well constructed and the bed was very comfortable
Noisy heat pump. No noise insulation from upper floor - chairs scraping the floor all evening drove us mad.
No internal character or charm whatsoever. Bare floors, no wall decorations, no cushions, not enough bowls, crockery and cutlery left in dishwasher, minimal tea/coffee provisions, freezing bathroom.
Has loads of potential but needs a woman's touch.
