Great location close to the Keisei-Narita station and Narita-San temple and park. Luggage storage on the day of check-in and check-out was great! Staff were very polite and friendly. Common area was clean, comfortable and chill.
dormitory room was a little small and cramped but that was about all I could fault of this property.

Double room with private bathroom is perfect. Very lovely, traditional and clean. Free fridge for everyone, nice dining area, microwave was clean, had umbrellas to borrow. The room had free towels and enough hangers. Would book again.
The toilet was flushing by itself which was uncomfortable and the pillow was a bit too stiff..

Close to Narita station, which is a few minutes train ride from the airport, and in a nice part of town with little old streets. So location was very good.
There was no staff present during our stay, so I cannot comment on the staff.
It is not very practical having to store the luggage in a room at the end of the hall in a different floor than where you are sleeping. It would have been nice to be able to bring luggage into the room.
It was very difficult to get into the room, because it works with a code reader that doesn't always react to the numbers you punch in. It often took me 3 efforts (sometimes the alarm went off) and my wife did not manage to get into the rooms at all. (My daughter had no issues with it, though)
