The apartment was decently spacious, with separate rooms for the bathroom and the shower, as well as a large bedroom. The key pickup procedure was mostly standard with the key stored in a lock-box downstairs. It was also mostly clean, with decent bedsheets and walls/floors that appeared well taken care of. There is also laundry on-site (washer only), and some hangers/clips for drying on the balcony, which saved a trip to the laundromat. The area around the condo is pretty decent too, with a station close by and many food options available for all hours of the night, though it may not be as family friendly. Ultimately it was the best place we stayed in Japan due to its size and comfort, as well as the laundry access.
The bathroom floor was sticky and low quality, and that made us question its cleanliness. We also found the messages and documents that the host sent with check-in information a bit confusing, such as getting the codes to the lock box, rules for garbage/etc, and everything else. We figured it out but it is just a lot to read and some of the instructions were not translated that well.
