We only stayed one night, and the staff helped us contact the Rickshaw even though we arrived very late due to the train delay (at 2:26am!), and they waited for us to check in. We left in the morning, so we can't rate it much, but the room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Surya Grande. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer great value for money. The ambience feels warm and welcoming, making it feel more like a home away from home than just another hotel. The attached restaurant is an added advantage, serving delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food till late in the night.
The location is very convenient, being close to both the Mumbai–Goa Highway and Kudal Railway Station. What truly stands out, however, is the hospitality. The staff is courteous, prompt, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to guests' needs made the entire experience even more pleasant.
Overall, Hotel Surya Grande feels like the kind of place you'll happily return to on every trip. It will definitely be my preferred pit stop whenever I'm travelling through the region.

Bar near side is good
GST bill not there, they said they have no GST bill instead of taking higher rent. And Booking.com is also not taking care of so don't use further more
