Great location. Lovely apartment. Sofa bed was set up for us. It had everything we needed. The host was so helpful. My wife realised she had left her Kindle in the apartment after we had checked out. I contacted the host, who said the cleaner had found it, and offered to put it in the post for us. Really impressed with this excellent customer service. Would stay here in the future and would recommend to others.

Good location close to underground station and easy to get to. Apartment was at rear of the block overlooking central courtyard and fairly screened from traffic noise. It was large enough to accommodate 5 adults for one night, though for longer stays would recommend 4 people max. It was very clean and facilities - especially kitchen - were good.
I tried to phoned several times on the day before and morning of our stay to try and arrange luggage drop off but did not get answer - in the end we turned just before noon and by luck was able to get into the building and meet the cleaner in the room to drop off. Some of our group thought pillows were rather thin. Only one of the 3 ceiling lights in the kitchen was working.

It was so convenient for the under ground and for bars and restaurants and right on the river it was lovely
Could have done with a mirror in the bedrooms and maybe a plug socket in the bedrooms as well

The location was good. Pret just underneath. The kitchen and living room and bathroom were great and open plan.
The carpets were badly stained and dirty. The balcony’s had a very deep step to get onto them but no fault of the owner. There is no mirror to be able to plug a hairdryer in and style one’s hair. There is no full length mirror. A couple of the lamps weren’t working. No WiFi! It didn’t work, I did inform the owner twice but nothing was done.
