The modern kitchen is open-plan and ideal for cooking together and cosy get-togethers.
Make use of the terrace with sun loungers, dining area and barbecue. An outdoor shower provides refreshment after a dip in the sea. The property offers a unique location with its rocky coastline and private access to the water. The private jetty with bathing ladder invites you to take a dip in the clear water. You also have your own boat mooring at the jetty.
Explore the area around Fevik on walks along the coast or through the forest. Visit Grimstad with its cafés, galleries and the Ibsen Museum. Take a boat trip or simply enjoy the view.
Please note: A steep slope with a drop of two metres leads down to the sea. Young children should therefore only be accompanied by adults.
