I liked how large the room was for my friend and I. It was a little annoying that we needed to bring down our own dirty towels and trash but for the price and area you really can’t complain. The sister hotel was very close and they helped us with luggage forwarding so I really appreciated that as well. Overall comfortable and near all the fun areas by walking.

Honestly was not expecting the room to be so big and comfortable. It really provided for everything needed as if you were at your own place. Dishes, cleaning supplies, self service pick up station for towels and other items you may need. It was extremely easy to get in and located in an amazing area in Osaka where there was plenty to do and access to the stations. HIGHLY recommend staying here and will be recommending it to anyone considering staying at this hotel. Truly amazing stay, 0 complaints 10/10 would stay here again 100%. Was too involved to take pictures but I promise the room is perfect.

Room was mostly clean. Towels, slippers and other amenities in lobby were great. Washer/dryer combo was a little tricky to figure out. Took a long time to dry and ended up hang drying clothes.

The apartment was nice and clean. Had washing machine with a neat drying system in the shower room to dry cloths. Had a good equipped kitchen, and beds were comfortable. Rooms were somewhat soundproof, where you didn’t hear other guests talking, but there was one set of guests that didn’t respect others by constantly banging or jumping till after midnight. Overall the apartment was excellent and with a little patience and reading instructions properly, we finally figured out how to work the doors.
