Room amenities fairly basic but staff were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Hotel well placed for exploring the city centre. The breakfast was wonderful, the best of our holiday.

Das Burghotel was the perfect place to stay: very friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, generous breakfast at a good price, and very quiet at night.
See the beautiful red squirrels at the back of the hotel! Located just where we wanted to be, in the heart of the Altstadt. Wunderbar!

Customer service was excellent and the hotel is very convenient to all that the old town has to offer. We were allowed to check in early, which was a huge blessing. The room was very comfortable. We were able to walk easily anywhere we wanted to go. This was the perfect stay for our visit to the Nuremberg Christmas markets and we would highly recommend!

Very well maintained small hotel on a quiet street but walkable to all the Alstadt sites. Situated very near the castle, it was a perfect location for exploring Nuremburg's old city. The family apartment was very spacious and met our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth the price. Vanessa was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would stay here again!
