Excellent stay in well equipped and located property.

Excellent location close to beach and a shop and there are a few bars a 15 minute walk in either direction. Apartment looked like we were the first people to stay there - very well maintained. Having two bathrooms a big bonus for our group of 5. Pool area was always quiet during our stay and there is enough parking for all guests. There is a foot passenger ferry to Split several times a day from harbour a 15-20 minute walk away if you want a change of scene.

Overall it was great. Owners could improve by adding a ceiling fan/ air conditioning in bedrooms as they were hot at night. A colander would be helpful for meal prep but there was a sharp knife and different sizes of pans which was excellent. Someone staying in a house in the same resort just below us made a lot of noise at 1.30 am two nights in a row - I think we were just unlucky as same idiots brought a speaker to beach that day. Otherwise this is a really quiet relaxing resort. Road is unsuitable for really young children as there is not a pavement to walk to harbour / nearby beaches but fine for our teenagers.

Location was great. Nice and quite. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Host was brilliant very helpful. The apartment was amazing, very modern and so comfortable. Balcony was lovely and the view from it was great! Would definitely recommend!! Also the town was only 10 minutes away by taxi.

Beautiful and clean apartment. Pool & beach, great location. Accommodating and helpful host.

The place and stay was great. I went with my parents, husband, and 2 year old daughter. We stayed on the ground floor that had a "pool view"- you could see some of the pool from one section of the balcony and our rooms faced the pool but you could also see out over the water (could not see the water itself but the mountains), and you could see the building in front (there was enough space between the houses so it didn't seem invasive). Only describing the view for the ground floor apartment since I believe you saw the water from the 2nd and 3rd floor. The parking situation was great and they had a lot of space. The pool area was always clean and they had a decent amount of lounge chairs. The beach was about 1 minute walk (down the driveway, across the street, and down a paved path), but it only takes 1-2 minutes. The beach was great, and my 2 year old enjoyed it. You need water shoes, but only because the beach was not sandy but of tiny pebbles (like most beaches in the region). The water was clear, and calm (great for kids). The apartment itself was clean and very similar to the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the large balcony. Slatine center, which has bars and restaurants, was not far away but due to the tight roads and lack of sidewalks, I did not feel comfortable walking 1-2km to it. There is a small grocery store about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and although there was still no sidewalks, the road wasn't as narrow in the area so I felt comfortable walking next to the road on dirt. The host was great and answered all our questions, and gave some advice on what to see or where to eat. She was VERY accommodating. Overall, we all thought the place was great and would like to come back to stay.

I couldn't find the coffee pods at the local grocery store, so I needed to buy instant coffee which was annoying. Might have been helpful if there was also a regular coffee machine. I did not ask the host about this though or where I could buy the coffee pods for the machine.

Sweet appartement near to the beach

The appartment was very clean and spacious, with two bathrooms. The swimming-pool was clean and the water was warm. We had a nice view from our balcony. We enjoyed the beach next to the appartment. Honestly it couldn't be better. Martina was very nice and helpful (when we stayed outside and the keys inside...) Thank you very much.
