The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores.

This is not hotel but a building with a small apts. there is no reception/lobby available. All check in and out will be done by emails/whats up communication and etc..
Bathtub was too small so we couldn’t use (couldn’t Lay down inside) use as shower tub
There is a washing machine but no dryer machine available so we had to find place to hanging out clothes to dry inside apt and getting dry takes min 1 day
Another problem, the mattress and pillow were too soft for us and requested the replace with harder ones. They rejected. I wish they could put har mattress top and hard pillow in the room as alternative.
In good side, quite area and good for family, 300 mt to metro so it was good.
Personally, I wouldn’t book if I need to visit Tokyo again
