No issues a pleasent stay, everything is around the accomodation

Pro: Free self-laundry, convenient location, approximately 15 min walk to Ben Thanh market. Clean.
Con: Not a secured building. Ground floor is a coffee shop. Anyone can access the elevator to all guest floors.
