About this villa rental
Treat yourselves to a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Breton countryside at this elegant villa with heated pool, jacuzzi, and a private 2,800 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors. Located in a peaceful, green setting just 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz Exhibition Center.
Perfect for family or friends, the house accommodates 8 guests in a spacious, bright, and comfortable environment. There are 4 large bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor (king-size bed), and 3 additional bedrooms with 160 cm and 140 cm beds. The large, light-filled living room opens directly onto the terrace and heated pool (open May to September). The kitchen is fully equipped.
Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation: a large tiled pool with 160 cm depth, 5-person jacuzzi, pétanque court, ping-pong table, and access to the organic vegetable garden in summer. The spacious garden and terrace are perfect for summer evenings with barbecue and plancha.
Ideally located to explore Brittany’s highlights. In under an hour, visit the beaches from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the famous Brocéliande forest, or Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, hiking, equestrian center, water sports, golf, and climbing.
Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Only guests listed in the contract may access the property. Washing machine available for stays of 5 nights or more. No pets or children under 6, as the villa is not suitable. The villa must be left perfectly clean or cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Any damage will result in additional charges.
