The open-plan layout features a fully equipped kitchen and dining space with high ceilings, contemporary finishes, and stylish furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a cinema room for movie nights, a games room with an 80s-style arcade machine and pool table for endless fun, and a cosy snug room on the mezzanine—perfect for unwinding with a book or glass of wine.
The property boasts three spacious king-sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy. In one of the bedrooms, the king-sized bed can be un-zipped to create two single beds.
Step outside to the private back garden, where you'll find a hot tub, comfortable lounge seating, and ambient lighting—ideal for relaxing under the stars.
Although there is no allocated parking for the property, there is plenty of free on-street parking available outside. Pets are welcome during your stay.

Wesleyan House is a spectacular property situated in the very pretty and friendly village of Appledore. It is equipped and decorated to a very high standard and we enjoyed using all of its facilities; cinema room, games area, hot tub etc. The bedrooms are very large and have everything you need. The bathrooms are not only practical but very well designedI invited 4 friends along with myself and husband for a long Birthday weekend and they were blown away by this place :)A couple of things to address would be 6 dining chairs instead of 4 - I cooked dinner on the first night but we were aware of this from a previous review so brought along our ownCertain areas need attention to detail regarding cleanliness; I stayed in the ground floor bedroom and the large rug around the bed appeared not to have been vacuumed, lots of bits all over it and the bed linen, whilst clean had black 'bits' all over it.Upstairs TV must have been enjoyed by children as had hand prints/sticky stuff over it - I did clean and was surprised to see such a lot of build up. A few areas just needing a good dust. We lifted the mat in the kitchen area to give it a shake outside before we left which clearly hadn't been done for a while judging by the amount of sand underneath! I don't want to appear picky but would expect a high level of cleanliness for what we paidWe ate at the Black Lion twice and the food and service was amazing. Another pub to recommend was the nearby Ferry Inn. A great time, thanks

Beautiful home, very sleek and modern with plenty of space and had everything we needed. Definitely a luxury place with hot tub, pool table and cinema room! Tea room a stone throw away was delicious!

Loved the hot tub and feel of opulence, pool table and games console a great extra. Need to iron out small details then Real feel of opulence great gadgets and comfortable beds

An amazing property very well designed & modern while maintaining a cosy feel , very clean with everything you need and great for a family trip away ,great communication with host don't hesitate to book this amazing place ! could do with bit more info on cooker & washing machine use x
