About this house rental
This is a 1,200 square foot, lower unit farmhouse on ten acres in a secluded valley! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful space where a rooster crow is all you hear in the morning. Have coffee on the dock while feeding koi in the koi pond! Off the beating path of traffic.
Short drive to I-435 and I-35. About a half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!We had a wonderful time during our stay! Everything was exactly as described, if not better.The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival completely stress-free. The property itself was spotlessly clean and located in a lovely, quiet area that offered the perfect amount of seclusion for a relaxing getaway.We especially loved the thoughtful amenities that made our trip so much fun. Spending time by the koi pond was incredibly peaceful, and we got plenty of use out of the pool table and the hot tub in the evenings.Our host was fantastic—highly responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a private, well-appointed retreat

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! While it is out of the city, there is another VRBO on the same property and the host lives on the property as well. However, we did still feel as though we had enough privacy. The hot tub was a lovely amenity that we enjoyed every night of our stay! Feeding the koi fish in the pond was also fun. We had a good time watching movies, playing darts, and shooting pool was another favorite activity of ours. The only complaint really is that there's no stove top for cooking. There is an electric cooking pan, but you can only cook one thing at a time. We were able to make it work. We would stay here again in the future!
