A hidden gem in Marrakech, exceptional staff and outstanding value.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team set the tone for the entire trip. Achraf, Hasna, Hoyan and Sama welcomed us with warmth and genuine professionalism — always attentive, always smiling, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The housekeeping and maintenance team were equally impressive. Rooms were spotless every day and the common areas always beautifully kept. Abdessamad stood out for his dedication, and the lovely Khadija, one of the cleaners, brought such warmth and cheerfulness to every interaction, a truly special presence in the hotel.
The facilities are outstanding for this category: three pools, lush gardens, a restaurant and a café serving wonderful fresh juices and smoothies.
The location is not central, but that’s honestly a bonus, a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the medina, while still easy to reach. And for the price? The value is exceptional. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

The receptionist tried to change my room but when i refused they extended my stay at the same room at the same rate

The presence of a garden and balconies in the rooms is refreshing. The facilities offered by the hotel group are overall good, and they maintain this standard consistently.
There are no tea or coffee equipment available in the rooms. It is necessary to walk some distance through the garden from the reception to the room. A buggy needs to be requested for luggage.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was large and clean with housekeeping offered daily. Gym was well equipped and bed comfortable with good shower pressure.
The location is deserted, there is nothing within safe walking distance. The food at the restaurant is tasteless and mid quality so you cannot rely on the food there. The kitchen in the apartment was not fully equipped to be able to make full meals. Apartment was cold.
