Excellent location (The entire old town and city center is within a 30-40 minute walking distance) with some decent restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby.
The value-for-money is great. The place is huge and great if you travel with a small group or maybe as a family.
The host is very friendly, but there might be a few misunderstandings if you communicate in English. Additionally, to conserve water and electricity, the owner turns off and decouples almost everything. Some things are easy enough to piece together on your own, but others, like the dishwasher, requires his assistance. Make sure to ask him to turn it on when you check in.
It is a bit scruffy in places and could definitely be cleaner or more polished (some parts are a bit rusty or broken), but all things considered, I can recommend this place.
Also, if you really don't like walking a lot and wish to be in the historical part of town, then it may not be the best pick. I picked it because it was close to the central bus station, which is great for going on trips outside the city.

Great location—just a short walk to malls, bus stops, and taxi stations. The flat was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
