If I could rate this place higher than a 10, I would . Each of my categories below will be out of 10. HOSTS: 10 Both of them are unbelievably friendly and kind Really attentive & polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them There is a great vibe about both of them Also very easy to contact if I had any issues, which I didn’t ROOM: 10 A beautiful room Perfectly laid out and spacious Exactly how it’s described and shown on all the photos It had everything you’d want and more from a room AMENITIES: 10 Same as above about the room. It had everything you’d want Fridge- already with 2 cold waters inside. Was really needed considering it was 32/33 degrees in Turin when I was there A chair & desk. Really useful for me to charge up my devices TV with a vast selection of channels 2 additional , comfy, chairs either side of the bed. 3 towels. 2 bath/shower towels and a hand/face towel Hand and shower soap provided and well stocked WIFI: 10 Perfect connection the whole time I was there Never dropped signal or went down once Even worked when I was standing by the door closest to the street LOCATION: 8 Sadly my lowest rank. But still not a negative point The street the room is on is quiet and very calm Just the area in general, for me personally, felt abit bare and not much to do Could be that I was being tunnel vision and not looking around more but that’s just what I noticed But safety wise , the area is fantastic. I walked, at midnight, to a McDonald’s 15 minutes away and the whole time I felt safe and comfortable Overall if ever I am in Turin again I will 100% look to stay here again. A really great experience . Would recommend to anyone

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location very quiet. The staff was quite responsive and helpful, even though they didn't speak English.

The place wasn't particularly "cosy"; it's located on the ground floor, with no view, and mostly offices around. The room was a little small and dark.
