Nice location, sunset spot was wonderful, we liked yurt, also service was great.
The picnic table outside the yurt was on a slope, which made it inconvenient to use

Warm staff, clean facilities, eco conscious, and the yurt was AMAZING…. Gorgeous, traditional and solid, a great memory foam bed and all the comforts needed. Also loves the remote location while still having easy access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs.

Location is nicely isolated from surrounding dwellings and road traffic. Yurts have 3 beds (1 queen and 2 singles) with bedding and pillows. Yurts come with power outlets, lights, a mini-fridge, an electric teapot, dishes, and utensils. There's a grill w/ side burner and a propane tank outside each yurt. Keys to the yurt were easy to access via a lockbox outside the front door. Views from the sunset point are unreal, and there is a sturdy swing for added fun. Additionally, there is an area with raised hammock-type nets for stargazing and a communal fire pit (we roasted s'mores). Bathing and restroom facilities are all new, with great water pressure in showers, and water gets super hot or ice cold. They kept the bathrooms well stocked with soap and toilet paper.
The site is 30 minutes from the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Forest entrance and ~1 hour from Fresno. There are a couple of mini-marts and gas stations within 20 minutes.
Overall, highly recommend. Maarten was an awesome host. Can't wait to come back!
